Notice - Next ride to Frasers Hill 2nd January 2010


We enjoyed the previous ride so much that we will be doing it again next week. Riders from Changkau Cycling Club - Din, Eddy, Fariq, Yasir, Dr. Khairul, Dr. Hafiz, me and maybe Taif.

Kakitua riderz - Ezad, Khalili, Firdaus, Nasuharee, Rasyidi, Farouk, Shah and Edd

Kelab Kembara PKNS - Shahrudin, Iswardy and Sharom.

Special guest Mr Lee from Kepong who will be 61 this 2010 on his heavyweight Polygon.

My personal comments having done the ride.

I thought it would be painful but my muscles did not complain that much, the worst complain I had from them was during the Antara Gapi Challenge, they complained for over a week.

For this particular ride, they were surprisingly silent.


For anyone interested to join us. RV will be at the SPLASH Information center Selangor Dam at 8.30 am 2nd January 2010. You can either contact Ezad of KTR at 012 341 9227 or myself at 016 337 8974 before that date. This is to ensure that we buy the breakfast for you. Ride will begin estimated at 9.00 am. Gap at 11 - 11.30 am, Frasers at 12.40 -1.20 pm. Back at Splash by 4 to 5 pm.

All this depends on the condition of the riders.

Riding with Kakitua Riders, PKNS Mtb club, Bukit Beruntung Cycling Club. Leading is the PKNS team as it is their home ground.

Antara Gapi Ride August 2009

It's been a very very very very long time since I updated the blog. Many things have happened, many trails ridden. So much to do but so little capability.

Anyway, one step at a time.

I did the PKNS Antara Gapi MTB Challenge in August, my first ride on my new Norco Bushpilot. The Kona went to Melaka to serve Anson ( I hope he is happy with it)

The ride was well advertised, no one wanted to participate at first but Dr Khairul persuaded me to join in. In the end he did not turn up. So I joined Ezad and the others of KTR for the ride. It was a memorable ride for me as I managed not to finish last this time.
